Importing scanned documents

Is there a way to import a scanned invoice and have it display as a thumbnail in a single cell, then change to full size when you click on it?

    Scan the Invoice with CamScanner

    Open CamScanner and scan your invoice.
    Save it as an image (JPG/PNG) or PDF.
    Upload it to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) or download it to your PC.
    Insert into Excel/Google Sheets as a Thumbnail

    Open Excel or Google Sheets.
    Select the cell where you want the thumbnail.
    Go to Insert > Image > Insert image in cell (Google Sheets) or Insert > Pictures (Excel).
    Upload the scanned invoice image.
    Make the Thumbnail Expand on Click

    In Google Sheets, right-click the image and choose "Put image in cell" (it will shrink inside the cell). Clicking it will show the full-size version.
    In Excel, you can insert an image and then use the Hyperlink option to link to the full-sized version stored in the cloud.
