Importing data from Power Pivot source to Access and Tableau

I am running Office 365, and I have data sources defined in Power Pivot that I would like to import into Access and Tableau.  I've been getting quite the runaround on ChatGPT, who has given me ideas that go nowhere.  For Example, when importing to Access from Excel, my two choices for data sources are Worksheet and Named Ranges.  Of course Named Ranges require a worksheet on which to define them, so the range appears to be limited to data that is in the Worksheet itself, not connections and not Power Pivot. 

I sometimes like to load data to a connection only, and it seems reasonable to me that this is a perfectly good source of data, and it doesn't necessarily have to be exposed to a worksheet for Access or Tableau to recognize it.  Any thoughts from this community on that topic?  Thank you.
