Importing csv - problems to get the right formt

Rather than a screen-shot can you perhaps post a sanitized copy of the CSV? Only three or four lines of (anonymous) data suffices.

Thanks for getting back to me!
I have enclosed a csv extract.
Today I was talking to the support for the application where I get the csv file. When he downloaded the csv and opened it in Excel the data came out correctly!
My problem is fairly recent since I had a harddrive crash a was forced to replace the harddrive, re-install both Windows 10 and Office 2016.
My conclusion now is that there is some settings in my laptop that needs to be adjusted to ensure the csv and Excel documents behave like before.
However, i have no clue where to look!?
