Importing a Document into an Excel Worksheet 365

Hello,

Does anyone know how to import a document into an Excel Worksheet uploaded to 365? I know how to do this on the excel application through windows but was wondering if there is a way to do it on a shared excel spreadsheet in Microsoft 365.

All of the articles I have found are tied to the application for excel and nothing is specified for live Excel documents.
