Images/Charts Formatting - Move with cells --> Move with Columns / Move with Rows

Hey everyone,

We have the 'Move with cells' feature in the Size & Properties of an image or chart, but I am thinking of something more specific than 'cells'. I was wondering if Excel could have an option like 'Move with columns only' or 'Move with rows only'?

My current use case is that I would like images/charts to move with columns (e.g., if I hide columns) but not with rows (e.g., if I have a filter on a table next to a chart).
