check data source, ensure data integrity, paste special issues, disable Excel add-ins, check Excel options, copy and paste formatting, recreate the chart, inspect protected sheets, update Office LTSC, and check Excel installation.
Thanks AshaKantaSharma , but I've done that all already, no use.
