Does it work if you confirm the formula by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter?
Does this do what you want? In E2:
=INDEX(A2:D2, MATCH(1, ISTEXT(A2:D2)*(A2:D2<>"N/A"), 0))
Fill down.
