    butchvirayverizonnet  I think what you are looking for is "Conditional Formatting" found on the 'Home' tab.  There are a number of built in conditionals and the ability to make your own custom formula.  I recommend 'playing' with it a bit and if needed watch some tutorials on it.  It is very powerful but can be a little confusing at times.
