IFS entry level Question

Hi,  Could anyone help for the formula, as I want to set 2 conditions- buy/sell, together in one formula? I have tried in IFS, but not success, not sure I choose the right function. Thank you in adv...

sorry I don't get what the purpose of the calcs is.

 

What are the 2 conditions you want to apply?

    I want to see buy and sell conditions and want to auto calcs for pips. Thanks.
