If than statement in conditional formating
I have an excel document that lists the time an employee began work (Column B)and the time than an incident occurred (column C). I want to highlight in red anytime the incident occurred great than 4 hours after they began work.

The rule could be
=(C1-B1)>1/6
where 1/6 means 1 day (24 hours) divided by 6 = 4 hours
