IF Functions between worksheets

Hi

I am using 2 worksheets with contractor names on both.

I have tried to create an If Function asking, if the names are the same (in both sheets) AND there is an "i" shown (through conditionally formating) in the "client invoicing" cell then return the relevant week number. =IF(('CURRENT '!$D21="$B16")+('CURRENT '!Z21="I"),F$2," ")

However after checking by changing the name the result doesn't change.  I wanted to ensure the correct info was pulled in for the correct contractor - what am I doing wrong?

      Thank you very much for responding.  Unfortunately I still don't get a positive result.  By using the formula suggested the result returns as blank when it should return with 52 (the relevant wk number).

       

      There seems to be a problem matching the name cells in both worksheets (first part of formula)

       

      Do you have any other suggestions?

        Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
