how to calculate every time I put any item to calculate the price

I'd convert your price list to a table. You can use this in a VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP formula:
The formula in the price column of the table on the left is
=XLOOKUP([@amenity],Table1[amenity],Table1[price],0)
