IF FUNCTION DOESNT RECOGNISE THE NUMBER IN A CELL

Hi&nbsp;I used IF function such as IF(GR19=62,91;"GEORGE";" ") and the function doesn't recognize the number 62,91 in cell GR19the number 62,91 resulting from another formula. Of course I have already formatting &nbsp;the cells. Do you have an idea, what happened?&nbsp;thank you in advance&nbsp;Lik
