I think an index Match formula would work for you.
However the 2nd sheet would that always be a different sheet and the date of completion would that be on the training attendance sheet ?

- ramseycamdenJan 29, 2024Copper ContributorI looked into using an index match, but kept getting errors. Having issues somewhere in the formula. The second sheet would always be a different sheet and the date of completion would be included on it, so I guess I could reference that date rather than manually entering one in text format.

Its hard without seeing the files but are the first and last name combined or two different cells?

SamTallroth see attached. The cells above are an example of the "training completion tracker" and the cells below are an example of an attendance sheet that would be submitted. The goal is to match both the first and last names of the attendance sheet, then update the tracker accordingly with the date completed beneath "Course A, B, or C."
