Ideas (preview) is coming white
Hi All,
Please help with the following -:
Whenever I am clicking ideas (new AI feature of Excel), the preview is becoming white.
Any inputs will be appreciated.

Possible reason.
Check (in IE) Internet Options->Security->Local intranet->Sites->Advanced
and another Compatibility view settings.
If microsoft.com is in intranet zone Ideas doesn’t work with compatibility view. If microsoft.com is not in intranet zone compatibility view doesn’t matter.
So, uncheck compatibility view and/or remove *.microsoft.com from intranet zone.
- Hi. Is your file in xls format? if yes, then change to xlsx and it should work

Do you have this problem in every file or only in this specific one?
Have you checked for updates?
