Ideas (preview) is coming white

Hi All,   Please help with the following -:   Whenever I am clicking ideas (new AI feature of Excel), the preview is becoming white.    Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi. Is your file in xls format? if yes, then change to xlsx and it should work

      Then I don't know, sorry.
      Do you have this problem in every file or only in this specific one?
      Have you checked for updates?

    Hi, Thanks but the file is in xlsx format only.
