"Ideas" icon doesn't appear in Excel 365.

I am an Office 365 Monthly Channel Insider subscriber and the "Ideas" icon does appear on the ribbon. I had it about a month ago and it's now disappeared. Meanwhile the Ideas icon is mentioned in the "What's New" part of my build.

The build is 0219 {16.0.11328.20144 32 bit)
