• Ideas is currently in Preview, which means it's an early version that will improve over time. 

• This feature is being made available to customers on a gradual basis. It will first be available in English, French, Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese to Office 365 subscribers on Windows and Mac. If you are an Office 365 subscriber, make sure you have the latest version of Office.
