I would to know the solutions for this problem statements

Hi,  

OrderId is unique for each customer and they have a chance to connect with L1/L2 support teams to get their issues resolved in online shopping. I have an excel sheet which has the following data:

OrderID, incident, incident created date, support team(L1/L2). so now would like to know the formulae to find out how many times they contacted L1 before contacting L2 (based on the dates).

 

It will be really greatful if u someone can help me with this!!
