I would like to ask about how to get the “author/owner/last saved b“ from a folder by using Get Data

I doubt that you can geht the author/owner information with Get Data / Power Query. But for sure you can get several date information, like date modified:

Open menue "Data | Get data | From File | From Folder"

Select the folder that you need and then choose "Transform Data":

This opens the Power Query editor, where you can see all available informations:

Just remove the columns that you do not need load it to Excel. But as you can see here, there is no author or owner, just dates.
