I think this is a glitch in Excel

Hi,
I have my touchscreen laptop and I was preparing some notes in my Excel workbook.
while writing, I selected a cell and wrote something. Since then, the text I wrote has been floating wherever I am scrolling even zooming in and out. Even if I didn't save my work and reopen Excel, still I am facing the same issue. 

It is simply everywhere. I can't delete this, idk why!!
Someone, please help me out.
