I need to know which formula should use on this situation

Hello, good evening Microsoft Team.

I am currently facing an issue regarding how to calculate the total duty hours of each employee for each day. We run a clothing business and need to know how many hours our employees work daily. To help me achieve this, I have prepared an Excel sheet. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in calculating the total working hours of every employee for one month using the reference data.
