I have Microsoft 365 subscription, but the function of "analyze date" is unavailable
apparently, my internet connectivity is alright.

- Patrick2788Silver ContributorCheck your M365 account status through File | Account. If there's an account error, try log out/ login. If you encounter an error, try restarting your computer and going back to File | Account.
