I DON'T KNOW HOW TO ORGANIZE MY DATA IN EXEL MONEY.

I use a HP Pavillion laptop with a Windows 10.  the Columns are A-Date, B-Merchant, C-Category, D-Sub-category,  E- $ Money, F-Milage, etc.  how can I organize my data so the like merchants, category, date are in grouped in sequencial order.
