I clicked on not saved on purpose, how do I recover my file?
I accidentally clicked on not saved on my file when I wanted to save it, how can I recover it? I'm on Mac, I haven't activated Time Machine Thanks

It is a file that is already saved on which I had made updates that I therefore did not save.

so you’ve lost only the updates. Granted, that could still be a significant loss, but it’s not everything. So my initial closing recommendation still stands, unless I’m missing something else.
