I can't unhide the top 4 rows in my spreadsheet

I have tried searching for them and unhiding them and also typing them in the box at the top left and unhiding them.  I have tried double clicking the top row.  Nothing is working.  Any help would be appreciated as tech support at Microsoft isn't able to help me and sent me here.

  • Does this work:

    • Press F5 or Ctrl+G to activate the Go To dialog.
    • Enter A1:A4 in the box and press Enter or click OK.
    • On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Cells group, select Format > Row Height...
    • Enter (for example) 15, then press Enter or Click OK.

    If that does not help:

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
