I can't select the cell I want

Hello, I have been having serious problems with Excel for a long time, I use it for a while and it starts giving errors in the selection of the cells! It doesn't allow me to select the cell I need, it selects one above the one I'm pointing with the mouse! I have to scroll the table up or down or exit and re-enter to let me select the cell I need again!

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? It's really frustrating!
