I can not access "Help", "Contact Support", "Show Training"
With Excel open to a workbook. If I click on "Help" in the upper ribbon, and then click on one of the items above in subject line; I get "Sorry, soething went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again". Well, nothing wrong with my network connection. So what's the deal?

It seems like you're encountering an issue with accessing certain features in Excel, such as "Help," "Contact Support," and "Show Training." The error message you're receiving suggests that there may be a problem with the network connection, but if you're certain that your network connection is stable, there could be other reasons why you're unable to access these features.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Restart Excel: Sometimes, simply restarting the application can resolve temporary glitches or issues.
- Check Office 365 Status: There might be service disruptions or maintenance ongoing with Office 365 that could affect the availability of certain features. You can check the status of Office 365 services on the Microsoft 365 Service Status page.
- Update Office: Ensure that your Office 365 installation is up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause compatibility issues or unexpected behavior.
- Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Your firewall or antivirus software might be blocking access to certain features or content in Excel. Check the settings to ensure that Excel has the necessary permissions to access the internet.
- Try Another Network: If possible, try accessing the features from a different network or internet connection to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your current network.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser can sometimes resolve connectivity issues with online features in Office 365.
By following these steps, you should hopefully be able to resolve the issue and regain access to the "Help," "Contact Support," and "Show Training" features in Excel. The text was created with the help of AI.
