I am using vlook up to autofill but would like word prediction

I am needing to use a v look up to auto fill customer information . But I would like to be able to start typing a customers name and have a prediction option . If I have two customers with the same name to have a drop list to choose from those cus

    Hello loren1270,

     

    Without doing some serious research, I'm afraid I do not have a concrete answer for you as this is not a simple task in excel and would require the use of VBA. However, I hope that I can at least point you in the right direction. I recently read this post by Chandoo over at Chandoo.org that may be helpful to your unique situation.

      This is an example of what my sheet will look like and what I am trying to do. I'm not sure if vlookup is my best option but I would like to have an auto fill but have a prediction for example if I have to individuals by the name of Peter. I would like to type in P and have the selection come up rather than scrolling through the list. I don't know if there is another way of doing that.PReagan
