I am trying to make a separate charts for each row on the same sheet.
I am not sure how it does not matter. You said right click on chart you copied. I am not able to copy the chart, so I can not copy it.
Perhaps i didn't catch. What i mean
- you select your chart, click Ctrl+C (or Copy in Ribbon)
- stay on any cell at this sheet or another one and paste the chart (Ctrl+V or Paste in Ribbon)
- right click on this new chart and click Select Data from menu
- in left part of the window select your series and click Edit
- select cell/range for series name/value
- Ok, Ok

I click on the chart. Click Ctrl+C but it does not copy the chart. It will not paste.
- JonPeltierMay 04, 2021MVPAnother way to copy a chart is to select it, then hold Ctrl while you drag it to a new location.

Okay, step by step
Select your chart
and here click Ctrl+C
Stay on the cell where you'd like to paste the copy
and here Ctrl+V. Second chart appears
Right click on it
and Select Data
here select Series and Edit

I have almost the same needs as the OP.
I need one chart per row, however I have 40 rows... Individual, manual copy-paste, edit is very laborious and error-prone. Is there any way to automate this process?
