I am in need of help

I am doing a spreadsheet with addresses and amount totals ` list of VPOs owed.

So my main spreadsheet has the totals and address 

~ I want to add a link to the VPO for each address 

~ The other VPO per address is also in Excel 

~ is there a way to add that link to show how I came up with that number? The VPO Form itself
