How to find goal seek button on excel while using it online or on ibad

Goal Seek is only available in the desktop version of Excel for Windows and Mac. It is not available in Excel Online, nor on iOS/iPadOS or Android.
I think that is unfortunate, forces us to carry laptops, Microsoft needs to add this feature ASAP.
