Excel Formula help needed please

Thanks but it's still not working, the rules are only showing on one of the dates for some reason which is in January next year- don't worry I'll just have to not bother using it. Just wanted an easy visual way of seeing who was due their annual review quickly :(

      can't see what I'm doing wrong then.

      I've copied the formulas and its still not doing it - ive attached a screenshot

        Sian, you applied rules to entire column I, thus in formula it shall be =(EDATE($I1,.. instead of =(EDATE($I2,..

         

        Change everywhere in formulas row 2 on row 1, like this
