How to restore deleted work sheet.

By mistake I have delete a work sheet and when I tried to restore I press control + z but nothing happened

so how can I restore this work sheet again

please it’s very important

    there are several software that can retrieve deleted files..

    one of them I have used some years ago is Peter Norton's undelete...

    I'm afraid this cannot be undone, you will have to save your file using a different name (to keep other changes), then re-open the original. Sepending on what you changed prior to deleting the sheet it may be easier to redo the changes starting from the original file, rather than trying to copy the deleted sheet to the new file.
