How to remove duplicate values and keep some values

Dear Excel community, 

 

I am working on very big data! I need your help to remove duplicate data and wants to keep some data! How I can do I? I am attaching an excel file along with queries. Please help me. I have the office 365 version. Thanks

    In Excel, there are several ways to filter for unique values—or remove duplicate values:

    Sometimes duplicate data is useful, sometimes it just makes it harder to understand your data. Use conditional formatting to find and highlight duplicate data. That way you can review the duplicates and decide if you want to remove them.
