How to reinsert gridlines
Gridlines were deleted in part of the spreadsheet, how do I re-insert them even though it says to show all gridlines? Thank you.

If you have set the fill color of cells to white instead of to No Fill, you won't see the grid lines.
So try setting the fill color to No Fill.
Alternatively, set All Borders for the cells, with a non-white border color.
