How to populate names from one tab into another tab
Hello,
I have an RSVP spreadsheet, where I am trying to enter the names and number of people attending wedding related events. From that RSVP, they will be assigned a table number. I want the names of all those people to be populated into another tab title "Escort Board" that is organized by table number. So when I look at table 1, it should have ten names under it, that has been derived from the RSVP tab. With some help, I was able to populate the first row that had Table 1 listed next to them, but it doesn't put any additional names that also have Table 1 in their row.

I think you can use filter and then copy the names to the "Escort Board". Another ways is to sort according to the table number so that Table 1 are arranged together.
Thank you for the reply, but I don't want to copy and paste - I want it to be a fluid spreadsheet that updates automatically as changes are made.
