how do i open multiple workbooks in one excel instance
Its only SDI on latest versions of Excel
I guess you mean MDI, discussion about that is here Restore MDI file handling (open all files in one window); Kill SDI (each spreadsheet opens in a seperate window) . Please check latest comment from Excel team on this page.
