How to open a previous one of the latest saved excel file

Hi All,

 

I did a big mistake by saving a excel file named "Survey Findings 2017" before under another excel file opened to make a comparison for 2016 survey findings.

Actually, I lost the file with all the findings from 2017 and I have the findings from 2016 under the file "Survey Findings 2017".

 

How I can recuperate the previous file before the latest saving?

    For French Speakers, Bonsoir tout le monde de la communaute, J'ai donne un nom de fichier similaire a mon fichier excel Survey Findings 2017, qui est devenu Survey Findings 2016 qui contenait des resultats d'analyses de l'annee precedente. Par consequent, les analyses dans Survey Findings 2017 n'existent plus ou je les ai perdu. Comment recuperer mes donnees d'analyse de 2017. Merci ADEN

    Hi Aden

    Are you using SharePoint or OneDrive by any chance to store your files?

    If yes, there may be a chance to recover your 2017 file in the Version History.
