How to move a field on Pivot Table

Hi, 

I don't know why I can't drag a field and move it to where I want on pivot table. Even if I try doing it the longer way of right clicking and selecting move (to end/beginning/up/down) those four options are grayed out (as seen on the photo). Is there a reason why this happens? Thanks!
