How to make a Pivot Graph showing the variance of amounts per month with their percentage difference

Hi all,

I want to make a pivot graph showing each month's sales and the variance (+/-) $ and percentage and I just can't sort it through. I know it's gotta be simple but I'm just not doing it right. I have already made a regular graph showing the month by month data but I want to also show the variance. Here is what I have:
