How to link Excel Tab Data to a Summary Page

Hi there,

 

I am trying to create a workload task tracker/log, with existing Data.

Is there a way of linking several Excel Tabs to a main Summary Page?

Is there a quick way of doing this?

I would like the Summary Page to provide an quick overview of the tasks outstanding, automatically, save going into each individual tabs.

 

I have searched online and looked through various templates, but I cannot find any information on this.
