how to join two IF statement together and flag out the False?
please see the file ..i typed my question in the file. I really need to work this.
My question is IF B2 = Dist Owned, C2 = Blank, This is True, Or B2= Company owned, C2= Yes, this is also True. How to put it in one formula and flag the false?

| ABC | Dist Owned | TRUE | |
