How to freeze table header row into reference frame?
I received an excel file and it embeds the table name into the reference frame like this picture:
( it only occurs when I scroll down, and touch the table header)
can someone tell me how to do it, thank you so much !
- The headings showing is a feature of Excel Tables.
To turn a block of data into a Table highlight the block and press Ctrl+T then whenever you click in a Table you will always be able to see the headers even if the top row isn't visible because you have scrolled down. (Your selected cell must be inside the Table to show the headings).

Finally figure it out
Hi,
If you mean to have always table column names instead of C, D, E that doesn't work (assume you have more than one table one under another).
Instead you may use Freeze Panes or Split under View menu tab.
