How to force excel not to drop rows when opening csv-file?

While opening .csv file in the putty/linuz server, the data was there in all the fields.

But when i tried to open the same file from the local windows system once i sftped the above one, i can see some data are missing in the file?

What are the options to be enabled to get the data sync in both the putty server and in the windows server?
