help show me where I can find the delta / triangle symbol for use with inset number

If you just want a good looking equation

Did you install the Symbol font?
Then you could insert the desired character with "D" ...
Write a capital D in cell A1, highlight the cell, go to the Font Chooser and switch to Symbol
- voilá: a large delta will appear!
