How to enable hidden rows and columns in document inspector

The answer might be too late but I faced the same issue today and solved it by enabling the Hidden Rows & Columns option for Document Inspector.

Go to File > Options > Add-Ins

Then under Manage drop-down select "Disabled Items" and press Go.

Then select Hidden Rows & Columns and press Enable.
