how to disable CUT

Thanks Sergei... I have the execl file in ONEDRIVE to share with other collegues. How do I stop my colleagues from "righ- clicking and CUTTING" cells in my list of names. Those names are connected to a sentence that is connected by CONCATENATE. My colleagues will only have editing access via EXCEL ONLINE.
