How to delete a hidden row in Excel
I have had an unsubscribe request from someone on our Excel database. However that row seems to be hidden. NOTE: I have gone through all instructions on the help menu, to no avail.
If I copy and paste email addresses into an BCC section of an email, it's visible there in the email, but it still is not visible on the data base.
Instructions need to be very simple as I am a non tech person. Thanks

What happens if you select all rows and on the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Cells group, select Format > Row Height..., enter (for example) 15, then click OK?

Maybe it's not hidden but filtered. Go to the Data menu and select Clear Filter.

Thanks. Unfortunately, the "Clear Filters" is greyed out on my PC. Would someone in IT know how to change this do you think?
- Patrick2788Silver ContributorIf 'Clear' is dimmed out, it seems to suggest your data does not have a filter applied. Getting back to hidden rows, you could use the technique described here which is for unhiding first row and/or column (but is applicable to this situation for the method used to unhide).
