How to create two groups of columns next to each other
i am trying to create two groups of columns that are next to each other. for example, create a group of columns b-e and f-h, but they just keep merging into each other. how do i keep these as two sep...
You'll have to insert an empty column in between the groups - in column F in your example.
You can then group columns B:E and columns G:I.
And make the inserted column F narrower (but not too narrow - the +/- button would be hidden).
I've struggled with the same problem , and chose this solution, then came here and confirmed I have done something that was recommended by a MVP :)
